Terms of use
Simple rules for using the service.
Using the service
The service is free and open to anyone. Use it to check pickups and to report situations that harm the environment in Benjamin Constant.
Good-faith reports
Send only what you actually saw. A false report, one repeated on purpose or one with insults may be discarded.
This is not an emergency line
The service does not handle emergencies. If there is fire near homes or danger to life, call 193, the Fire Department.
Timing and outcome
The city hall reviews and forwards each report, but the deadline and the solution depend on the responsible body. The protocol shows which stage it is at.
Sample text. The city hall and its legal office must review it before publication.
