Privacy
What we keep, what we do not keep and how you control it.
Anonymous report
By default a report is anonymous: we do not ask for name, phone or email. Contact details exist only if you leave them. Of your device's network address we keep only a mark that cannot be undone (a hash), for about 2 hours, just to limit abuse and excess sending.
Photos and location
We keep the photo and the point marked on the map so the team can find the problem. The photo is shrunk and loses its camera data before sending. The public map shows only the type, status, day and an approximate point, about 100 meters from the real place.
Optional contact
If you leave a phone or email to get a reply, only the city hall team sees it, and it never appears on the map or in the protocol lookup.
On your device
The app keeps on this device the neighborhood you chose, the protocol codes you sent and, with no connection, the reports waiting to go out. You can erase everything by clearing the site data in the browser.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law you can ask for access, correction or deletion of any data you leave. Contact the Benjamin Constant city hall.
